The Development Team is fielding interest for pad sales and
tenant's
interested in leasing space for the Center.
We are in escrow with money hard and released for the Hotel
Pad.
This pad is due to close in the coming months.
We are negotiating with two Pharmacies. We hope to be in escrow
in the next several weeks.
We are talking with two Grocery chains that have expressed interest.
We are negotiating with three developers interested in the Restaurant
pad.
There are over 35 Franchisee's that would like to be at the
site. If you are interested in buying a franchise please contact
us. We wouldbe happy to put you in touch with such companies as
Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, Baskin Robins, Subway, Great Clips and
others.
Century 21 Clark Properties is receiving calls weekly from prospective
tenants interested to lease space in the center.
