6. Architect Start - Buildings - August 2007
7. Land Development - Approved CD's - County Planning - February 2008
8. Land Development - START - October 2007
9. Land Development - Completed & Signed Off - May 2008
10. Pad Sales - Close of Escrow - Summer 2008
11. Vertical Retail Buildings - Approved CD's - Spring 2008
12. Vertical Retail Buildings - Start - Summer 2008
13. C of O & TI Complete - Retail Buildings - Summer 2009
